Recıpe Of Artıchokes Wıth Broad Beans
INGREDIENTS
- 5 shelled artıchokes
- 300 gram broad beans
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 green bunching onion
- 1.5 dessert spoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pcs lemon water
- 5 dinner spoon olive oil
- 1 tea glass warm water
Nasıl Yapılır ?
1 - Soak fresh artichoke bowls with lemon juice in plenty of water .
2 - Rinse off broad beans.Shell the green bunching onion and mince.
3 - Wash dill in plenty of water and mince. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, powdered sugar, salt and freshly squeezed lemon juice with the help of a whisk.
4 - Sieve and put out the artichoke bowls in the pan.Add the broad beans.Cover the broad bean and artichokes with green bunched onion and dill, which give flavor.
5 - Add olive oil and lemon water. Increase the amount of lemon juice as desired.
6 - Finally, add a small amount of warm water and cook in a closed pot until the artichokes are soft.
7 - Place the cooked bean artichokes in a bowl fand leave at room temperature. After warming , put in refrigerator to cool and share with your loved ones.
