Recıpe Of Artıchokes Wıth Meat

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 artichoke
  • 300 gram small pieces of casseroled meat
  • 3 pcs potatoes
  • 30 gram margarin
  • 2 soup spoon vegetable oil
  • 2 pcs onion
  • 6 pcs shallot
  • 3 pcs garlic
  • 1 glass of hot water
  • 3 bunched dill
  • Salt and Pepper

Nasıl Yapılır ?

1 - Shell the artichokes and carve.

2 - Soak fresh artichoke bowls with lemon juice in plenty of water. Peel the potatoes and chop them into cubes.

3 - Peel shallot and garlic.

4 - Put vegetable oil in the pan.Add onions and meat.Dust salt and pepper.Add potatoes and brown 5 minutes.

5 - Sort the artichokes into a large pot with the hollow part on top.

6 - After transferring the lemon water mixture to the saucepan, close the lid and cook until the artichokes are soft. Fill them with meat potatoes. Arrange the shallots and garlics on the side of the artichokes and add the margarine.

7 - Dust salt and add water.

8 - Cover the saucepan and cook on low heat until vegetables and meat are soft.

9 - Mince the dill sprinkle on the artichokes and serve hot.
