Recıpe Of Artıchokes İn Oil

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 glass of olıve oıl
  • 1 pcs mıddle dry onıon
  • 1 pcs potato
  • 1 pcs large sıze carrot
  • 1 glass of frozen green peas
  • 8 pıeces shelled artıchokes
  • 2 pcs fresh lemon water
  • water
  • 1 glass of powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Nasıl Yapılır ?

1 - Roast half a glass of olive oil in a frying pan with 1 cubic chopped onion.

2 - Add the chopped and boiled potatoes, carrots and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

3 - Add 1 cup of green peas after and over 3-4 minutes to take your garnish from the stove.

4 - To prepare the sauce for artichokes, mix the 2 pieces of squeezed lemon juice, 1 glass of water, 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 meals of olive oil.

5 - Place 8 artichokes in a large saucepan and place them on the garnish prepared.

6 - After transferring the lemon water mixture to the saucepan, close the lid and cook until the artichokes are soft.
